From foods offered at the Golden Dragon restaurant in the town of Szentendre at the Danube Bend in Hungary. A delicious collection of springtime recipes based on the fruit and vegetables available during the spring. The author draws special attention to asparagus, which may be made into soups, salads, garnishings, or a plain vegetable accompaniment. A wonderful collection of Hungarian recipes, Hungarian cuisine offers a great deal more than the hot spicy dishes with which it is often often associated.
