Vintage 1989 Easy McCall's sewing pattern 4500: Size Girls 7-8-10 (Breast 26-28?, Waist 23-24?, Hip 27-30).
Girls Vest and Pants. Front buttoned V-neck vest has patch pockets, shaped hemline and back belt. Pull-on Pants A or B with or without detachable suspenders has paper bag waistline with elastic in casing, belt carriers and purchased belt.
