Lovely Vintage Footed Repousse Trinket Box Enameled Top w/ Glass Drop

Beautiful vintage footed Repousse Trinke tbox for your Vanity, signed Japan. Box is goldtone with white enameling on the top accented with a translucent glass drop that has an eight-pointed star design reflecting from the inside of the stone. Raised design on edges of top and surrounding center stone are painted with gold. A few tiny spots on the enamel are actually tiny marks made with the gold paint. Box has a hinged lid in excellent working order and is lined in a brilliant crimson red velvet.
A small size jewelry trinket box, it measures approximately 2-1/2" long x 2" front to back and stands 1-3/4" tall. Excellent vintage condition, very slight wear, tiny mark on enameled top. Fabulous little box to hold some cherished jewelry.
