Vintage metal sewing button
picturing a Rampant Lion. A somewhat newer version of a heraldry inspired button
pictured in the Big Book of Buttons, page 615, #2. Common but attractive design
of pierced brass over a wooden background. Button measures slightly over
5/8" (17mm) diameter and has a self shank. Excellent condition. Terrific
button for sewing or craft projects.
